The first installation in the new Market Street East art initiative is here. Cuban‑Salvadorian artist Manuela Guillén has created Philly, Cool People Live Here, a vibrant window installation on the exterior of Fashion District Philadelphia at 10th & Market Streets.

This marks the launch of a series of public‑art activations led by the City of Philadelphia, Center City District, and Mural Arts Philadelphia to bring new energy and creativity to Market Street East.
