This winter, Fashion District Philadelphia and Cradles to Crayons have joined forces to make the season merry and bright for local families. You can make a real difference by donating coats, hats, gloves, and scarves to help children stay warm and cozy. Every item you give spreads comfort, joy, and hope—be part of this heartwarming community effort and help ensure no child faces the cold alone this season!

Two ways to donate:

1. Drop off new winter gear at the collection bin in Santa’s Winter Wonderland in The Cube: November 24 - December 24.

2. Make a virtual donation online.

What is the Gear Up for Winter initiative?

Two in 5 children across the United States are at risk of Clothing Insecurity and without access to winter essentials—that’s 20+ million children. Cradles to Crayons’ Gear Up for Winter initiative distributes warm coats and other essentials to families who need them most before harsh weather conditions become an emergency. These items are distributed to children at no cost through our network of Service Partners in Massachusetts, Chicagoland, Greater Philadelphia, New York City, and San Francisco
